Haiti – Justice: The CSC / CA reveals that the Senate also managed the PetroCaribe funds
The Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSC / CA) revealed this week that the Senate had also managed projects funded by the PetroCaribe funds to the tune of 50 million and is asking the Upper House for an explanation and the delivery of all documents relating to these projects.
In a correspondence dated March 14, 2019, the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation wrote to Carl Murat Cantave, the President of the Senate informing him that the CSC / CA, as part of the production of the 2nd report of PetroCaribe audit The funds for the period 2012 to 2018 revealed that the Senate was managing projects financed by this fund as revealed by the data presented:

“As a result, the Court asks the Senate for financial reports and all other administrative, technical and financial documents relating to these projects. It requests documentation for each project relating to forms, contracts, disbursements, completion reports and various other documents.
In order to receive these documents after inventory, a Commission was appointed, made up of two auditors accredited by the institution.
The Court would be grateful if you would give the necessary instructions to all levels of the Senate of the Republic in order to make all the files relating to these projects available to it as soon as possible and enable it to carry out its audit ”, can we read in this correspondence.
